Herbs for Smoking Class

A class and demo on creating a new, more mindful relationship with smoking hosted by Jamie DeSmit. Jamie will highlight details on individual herbs that are gently soothing to the nervous system and promote connection. She'll also talk about the basics of creating a balanced smoking blend. 

Each person will create their own blend and bring it home in a cute little jar. 

Ticket includes beverages from Marigold.
