Shipping FAQ

  • Delivery orders are shipped via USPS twice per week.

    Subscription boxes are shipped on the third Friday of each month.

  • Orders exceeding 20lbs will be divided into multiple packages.

    We do not ship products that require constant refrigeration.

  • We use minimal, recyclable packaging materials whenever possible, and re–use viable materials that we receive with incoming shipments to our store.

Note in winter we ship when MN temps are over 20°!

Local Pickup

We're happy to offer in–store pickup for your convenience!

All pickup orders must be collected within 60 days of the purchase date. If an order is not picked up within 60 days, it will be considered abandoned and returned to our inventory without refund. If you need more time, please reach out to us before the 60–day window ends — we're always happy to communicate and see what's possible.
