Eleven Madison Home - Magic Farms: Spicy Pickled Carrots

In 2021, we partnered with Maciek Kobielski of Magic Farms to grow fruits and vegetables exclusively for Eleven Madison Park. The relationship has inspired many dishes at the restaurant, along with products for Eleven Madison Home. Tender fall carrots from Magic Farms, shredded and pickled in rice wine vinegar, Gochu chili paste and fresh cilantro.
