Citrus & Marinated Olives

These fragrant, luscious olives are the ideal showstopper snack: a robust mix of Botanicas favorite olives, simmered with citrus peel, herbs and peppercorns. Simply tip the jar (olives, aromatics and oil) into a cast iron pan and warm them (stovetop or in a 300F oven). Serve with crusty bread.
