Cacao-Coconut Granola

Packed with cacao powder and nibs, gently sweetened with honey, plus coconut oil and flakes for depth and crunch, this granola is an ideal good-for-you chocolate-y treat - and a wholesome, grown-up version of the sugary cereal we were never allowed as kids! Add milk (which turns deliciously cacao-y), snack on it dry, or sprinkle it over yogurt or ice cream.
